All Delighted People lyrics : Sufjan Stevens

Sufjan got my attention with Seven Swans, particularly A Good Man is Hard to Find and The Dress Looks Nice On You. Come on Feel the Illinoise didn’t grab me as much (though the song John Wayne Gacy Jr stands out), but his new EP All Delighted People has grabbed me and has not yet let go. The first song, the title track, is, in my opinion, one of the greatest songs ever written. The lyrics are below :
