I’ll have you know I started reading OIL! rather than sit through TWBB. I’m thinking of skipping to the part where he drinks your milkshake though.

The book is dramatically different from the movie. In fact, the book is tedious due to the fact that Upton was an immense bore. However, There Will Be Blood is the single greatest movie of the last ten years so if you want to miss out on cinematic history be my guest.

I was just thinking I could finish the book faster than it would take me to see the movie. That is turning out not to be the case.
